The CSG/LNG Compliance Plan 2011 sets out the department’s compliance activities to address key areas of the CSG to LNG industry that have the potential to affect the environment and natural resources.
The CSG/LNG Compliance Plan 2011 advises Queenslander's of DERM's coal seam gas (CSG) to liquefied natural gas (LNG) related compliance activities in order to address the key areas of the CSG to LNG industry that have the potential to affect our environment and natural resources. By publishing this compliance plan and advising both the community and industry of what can be expected in 2011, DERM is giving effect to its commitment to ensure compliance activities are carried out in a transparent manner.
